Your Agreement Matters

Bankai API Hub ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us") is operated by Bankai Informatics. The Platform provides a secure, governed environment for discovering, testing, subscribing to, and integrating APIs.

By accessing or using https://bankaiapihub.aiplservices.com/, creating an account, subscribing to APIs, using the API Playground, monitoring usage, or accessing any related features (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Bankai Informatics.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

Introduction

Bankai API Hub enables:

Developers to discover, subscribe to, test, and integrate APIs
Providers to securely publish, manage, and govern APIs

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility and Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API Keys.
Providers represent and warrant that they own or have the legal right to publish and offer the APIs listed on the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Platform Services

The Platform provides:

API Discovery and Subscription: Access to curated APIs including banking, financial, and utility services.
Testing and Integration: API Playground, code samples (JavaScript, Python, Java, PHP, Go, Postman, Curl), and request/response transformations (JSON ↔ XML).
Onboarding and Management: Self-service dashboards for Developers and Providers, application grouping, IP restrictions, and access controls.
Monitoring and Governance: Usage analytics, logs, throttling, rate limiting, and version management.

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at our discretion.

User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in India.
Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.

Prohibited Activities

Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code from APIs
Circumventing security or governance controls
Exceeding allocated rate limits
Unauthorized scraping, data harvesting, or redistribution
Transmitting malware or engaging in fraudulent activity

Provider Obligations

Providers are responsible for ensuring that their APIs comply with applicable laws, including data protection and intellectual property laws. Providers agree to indemnify Bankai Informatics against claims arising from their APIs.

Developer Obligations

Developers may use subscribed APIs only for permitted purposes and must not share API Keys or access credentials.

Intellectual Property

All Platform content and third-party APIs remain the property of their respective owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for testing and integration purposes.

Security and Data Handling

All API access is secured using API Keys and role-based access controls.
The Platform implements rate limiting, IP restrictions, logging, and auditing.
You are responsible for securing your own systems and promptly reporting security incidents.
Personal data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Fees and Payments

Basic access to the Platform may be provided free of charge.
Certain features or higher usage limits may require paid subscriptions.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Pricing may change with reasonable prior notice.

Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Bankai Informatics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Bankai Informatics in the preceding 12 months.
APIs are provided by third-party Providers, and we do not guarantee their availability or performance.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, access to the Services will cease immediately.
Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bankai Informatics.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
No waiver shall be effective unless in writing.
